At Swimsport, we want to ensure you dive in with the perfect gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn equipment and swimwear. If your items aren't the right fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are clean and have not been used in water.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
